Week 3: Clinical Follow-Up & Cultural Competency
Navigate cross-cultural and clinical landscapes with empathy and clarity. Learn five rules for timely follow-up, gain scripts for differentiation, and develop the skills to maintain trust with referrers. Outcome: durable, multi-cultural relationships and communication tools proven to drive conversions.

Week 4: Roleplay Masterclass – Real Scenarios, Real Growth
Put it all into practice. Tackle actual hospice sales challenges in coached roleplays: objections, crisis, compliance, and more. Outcome: true readiness for high-stakes conversations, real-world confidence, and the ability to turn learnings into action.
